At 3345 Record Shop The Hague, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vinyl collection. If your purchase isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain in their original, sealed condition.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the records in their original shipping box or a specialized vinyl mailer to ensure the sleeves and media are protected during transit.

  Ship to The Hague

  Send your package to our physical storefront in The Hague using a tracked shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the record to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
